“Ankana helped me work through so much to get me to where I want to be professionally.”

That’s what we call…
She joins corporate America and is making waves, establishing herself as a leader. Climbing the ladder of success, she reaches middle management. Now life takes a turn, and she becomes a mom… and everything changes.
She is faced with 3 choices.

A. Give up on her career
A sacrifice she might not be ready to make.

B. Focus too much on her career
And feel like she is missing out on life with her kids.

C. Try to “do it all”
Which quickly leads to burn out.
Discovering and achieving what you want most out of life is possible!
A corporate executive, mother, entrepreneur, and advocate for women’s rights.
In my 20+ years in corporate world across US, Asia, Europe, Australia, I thought I knew how to navigate challenges pretty well. But just like you, I was tested at a whole different level when I became a mom.
I understand the challenges of balancing work and family. As a mom executive, I’ve climbed 3 levels and 3Xed my compensation. And I’m here to help.
In my day job I lead a large team and run large big tech programs… and my inherent passion to help women helped me land a role as the Executive lead for women at my organization, leading thousands of women and mentoring and coaching many.
While I have plenty of degrees & diplomas, the one most pertinent here is the Executive & Professional Coaching from University of Texas which I’m very proud of.
With this knowledge & experience, I’m on a mission to help women empower their careers, while celebrating motherhood with no guilt.
Ankana is a keynote thought leader on these speaking topics:
Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Uplifting women with captivating conversations and tangible actions on International Women’s day, Role of AI on Diversity and Inclusion, Resilience & Adaptability, Peak performance for teams, Leadership and Management, Career growth while parenting.
Women enter the workforce with zeal aiming for the stars. Somewhere along their careers they decide to start a family. Boom. Life-changing. They then decide to either give-it-all & do-it-all turning into Kristin Wells (superwoman) on the way to burn-out, or focus solely on family adopting cruise-control-career by putting down career aspirations and goals, or call it quits!
If you are Kristin, kudos to you, you are still welcome here. And if you fall in the latter bucket, then join this space to create a balanced mom-life while crushing your professional goals.
As a working mom you’ve heard, “Yes you can have it all!”… and THAT leads to burn out, mom-guilt, daily-grind with no deeper sense of fulfillment. We’re here to tell you that.
Every year $327Bn is lost in productivity because women decide to pare down to care for kids.
During Covid 11MN women left the workforce when schools shutdown.

Join us at Mom Executives, a community of career driven mothers facing the same challenges as you!
